The KCW community has been clamoring for a whiskey class... so here we go!

Join spirits buyer and co-owner Jim for a survey of whiskey styles and a tasting of spirits across the style and price spectra. In this class we will explore factors that are fundamental to the character of a finished spirit. In addition to considering varieties of base material, we will discuss ageing (type of vessel, length of time), appellation regulations, regions of origin, distillation techniques, and the business of marketing whiskey. 

We'll taste 10 different whiskies, many premium, including Bourbon, Rye, Scotch, etc.  Come join us!
