Joshua Neiderer has more than 15 years of experience in Japanese cuisine and beverage sales. He started his career behind the sushi bar working his way up to sushi assistant/beverage director at renowned NYC omakase restaurant, New York Sushi Ko. Today, he's the Regional Manager for the Northeast and North Central U.S. for Joto Sake, one of the top premium sake importers.
